Despite the name, I've yet to even try the noodles here LOL but everything else has been good!!

Parking: Depending on what time of day you come, parking can be scarce (busy lunch or dinner hours).

Lamb skewers: The meat was a little too fatty for me. However, the flavor/spices were on point and it was spicy enough to give it a kick without being overwhelmingly spicy (spice levels can be adjusted to your liking)

Scallion pancakes: SO GOOD! Not too thick, and the outside is perfectly crispy and delicious!

Beef roll pancake (spicy): My boyfriend's favorite! They're really good at making the outside of the pancake crispy here! Most other places have been too soft/soggy, which has yet to be a problem here. The spicy version isn't very spicy though, lol. There's only a miniscule amount of sriracha, so either use the chili oil or ask for extra sriracha if you're looking to make it spicy.

Juicy pork buns (xiao long bao): Hit or miss. The first time, the dumplings felt pretty dry with very little soup in them. The second time I came here it was much better. The dumpling skin here is thicker than Din Tai Fung, but still pretty good.

Service is eh, but at least the food is pretty good. Hoping to try the noodles eventually, but I'm definitely coming back for the scallion and beef roll pancakes :)

Place said they close at 10pm. We showed up at 8pm and they were already closing shop.

All they said was "Closed" with no explanation.

We peaced out and sent our business elsewhere.

The videos I posted should be telling enough about what kind of authentic noodles they make here. Noodle st makes its boast on the style of noodles it creates for its customers, and it blows me away that the soups and beef rolls are not on equal featuring- because damn it- it could easily beat out some of my best ramen choices in Orange County. It could definitely beat out some of my girlfriends shabu picks in OC and maybe some LA, Artesia area.

I say that because my Japanese Pork soup with pork Chashu tasted delicious- on par-if not bearing out- some of the other ramen joints I've been to like Butaton or Aijisen. My girlfriend had spicy beef and the quality easily beat out some of the other spots she's had at pho places or shabu-lin, miss shabu, or whatever other spots you could name in the Garden Grove/Westminster areas.

I wasn't hungry when I came here. But once the food was set down in front of me, I ate it all up like a zombie finding fresh brains. Oh, and the beef roll was like a pho burrito. An interesting concept Noodle St could definitely advertise themselves for aside from an excellent noodle spot.

So, I'm full, I'm satisfied, and I'm I'm a food coma thanks to Noodle St. when I wake up from it, I'll be back for sure.

I came in with little to no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the cucumber salad, shrimp stir-fried noodles, and the shrimp fried dumplings.

Cucumber salad: quite vinegary but good and refreshing. I really liked the cilantro in it

Shrimp stir-fried noodles (knife cut): really liked the flavor in this dish. I never had thick noodles like this before and I loved the chewiness of it. The shrimp was tasty too!

Shrimp fried dumplings: beware they are very hot and juicy! I bit into my first one and the super hot juices squirted onto my chin lol. These were yummy and would definitely get again.

The service was good and the restaurant was nice and clean. Overall, enjoyed my visit and would recommend.

Noodle Street was great! My fiance and I each ordered our own bowl of noodles and man were we stuffed. We shared the beef rolls appetizer and it was delicious. It was crispy due to being fried and with the chili oil, it made it that much better. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup with the small flat noodle which actually wasn't too spicy at all. I would say it is slightly below mild so those who can't take spicy can definitely try this. My fiance ordered the normal beef noodle soup and it tasted like a pho broth. We were hoping it would be the same Taiwanese style beef noodle soup as the one I ordered but it was a disappointment. Stick with the spicy beef noodle soup, you won't be disappointed!
